PUBLIC PROCUREMENT FOR THE LEASE OF A PASSENGER CAR
The Permanent Representation of Lithuania to the European Union is conducting a simplified public procurement procedure by means of a published request for quotations for the lease of a passenger car.
We invite you to participate in the procurement procedure and submit a tender that complies with the terms and conditions set out in the Procurement Terms and Conditions by completing the proposal form attached as Annexes. The requirements, the procedure for evaluating tenders, the evaluation criteria, and other information related to the procurement can be found in the attached Procurement Terms and Conditions.
Tenders must be submitted by 15:00 p.m. (Belgium time) on 22 July 2026 to the following email address: tenders.eu@urm.lt. The tender and all related correspondence must be submitted in English.
The opening of tenders will commence at 15:45 p.m. (Belgium time) on 22 July 2026.

The proposal and other documents specified in the Terms of Representation must be signed with a physical signature or a qualified electronic signature that complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC (OJ 2014 L 273, p. 73).
Tenders will be evaluated based on the lowest price criterion.
PUBLIC PROCUREMENT OF ONE PASSENGER CAR
The Permanent Representation of the Republic of Lithuania to the European Union hereby announces a published request for quotations for the purchase of one passenger car under a simplified public procurement procedure.
You are invited to participate in this procurement procedure by submitting a tender that complies with the requirements set out in the Procurement Terms and Conditions. The tender shall be prepared by completing the Proposal Form attached to the Procurement Terms and Conditions. The requirements applicable to tenderers, the procedure for the evaluation of tenders, the award criteria, and other information relating to the procurement are set out in the attached Procurement Terms and Conditions.

Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest price criterion.
