On the occasion of 5th Anniversary of Lithuanian and Polish membership in the European Union, the Permanent Representations of Lithuania and Poland to the EU have decided to organize a joint event in Brussels. Namely, a performance „A Non-written Summer Story“, based on the poetry of the Polish Nobel Laureate Wyslawa Sczymborska and directed by the Lithuanian actress and newly-born director Dalia Michelevičiūtė, will take place in the premises of the Polish Permanent Representation on 5th May 2009.

„Four artists travel in the world, according to the sounds of music, song and rhytmus of dance,“ -  thus describes Dalia Michelevičiūtė her directorial debut.

The axis of the performance that has been created together with her colleagues Evelina Sašenko (vocal), Andrius Kairys (drums and piano) and Sergejus Jerpyliovas (dance) are verses of  Wyslava Szymborska, whose texts were chosen and are read by the actress and director herself.  Some of the texts were transformed into songs accomplished by Evelina Sašenko in the original language. Reciting and songs are bound together by musical and dancing sketches
