BNS; Power bridge to link Lithuania with Sweden

VILNIUS, Apr 27, BNS - The prime ministers of the three Baltic countries agreed in Vilnius on Monday that a power cable under the Baltic Sea would connect Sweden with Lithuania.
This is envisaged in a joint declaration that the heads of government are expected to sign at around 12.30 pm.
The decision will allow starting actual work on the project and using 175 million euros in EU funds earmarked for this purpose.
