GDP of Lithuania grew by 2.9 %, comparing the second and first quarters of 2010, and that is most in the whole EU, states Eurostat. Lithuania was only pursued by Germany and Estonia, which grew by 2.2 % and 2 %, respectively.
Greece is at the end of the list with the GDP decline of 1.5 % over the second quarter.
The annual GDP of Lithuania was 1.1 %, overridden only by 10 other members of the EU, the leader being Slovakia with the 4.9 % growth. The annual GDP growth is negative in Latvia (-3.9 %), Greece (-3.5 %), Bulgaria (-1.5 %), Spain (-0.2 %) and Cyprus (-0.2 %).
