Invitation for the screening of the documentary film „The Jump“ in Brussels
The Permanent Representation of Lithuania to the European Union together with the Flagey Cultural Centre invite you to a screening of Giedrė Žickytė's film "The Jump" (Šuolis) on Friday, 17 June at 20:15, at Flagey Art Center in Brussels.
In this movie the Lithuanian film director Giedrė Žickytė is telling an extraordinary story about the ordinary man - Simas Kudirka, who in the era of the Cold War has desperately tried to defect Soviet Union.
Do not miss the chance to see the film, which has been announced as Lithuania's nominee for the Best Documentary Feature at the 2022 Oscars, and to meet the film director in person.
The language of the film is Lithuanian/English with French and Dutch subtitles.
