LITHUANIA 6 STEPS UP IN THE GLOBAL COMPETITIVENESS REPORT 2010-2011

Lithuania is 6 steps up in the newest Global Competitiveness Report by World Economic Forum and is 47th most competitive among 139 countries. Lithuania is ranked best in the categories of the level of higher education in the country (25th position globally) and IT literacy (33th).

The top four in the Report are Switzerland, Sweden, Singapore and US.

This year's ranking was compiled for the 31st time and covers practically all countries in the world.
