We are the winners!

The Lithuanian Basketball Team of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs won the yearly Basketball Tournament of the Baltic Sea Countries' Diplomats that took place on 26th May last in Helsinki.

Having won after an extra time against the Estonian team in the half-final game, the Lithuanians broke resistance of the colleagues from Latvia in the final game, thus becoming champions of the Tournament second time in turn.

Three diplomats of the Permanent Representation, namely Nerijus Aleksiejūnas, Kęstutis Jankauskas and Edvinas Kerza, played for the Lithuanian team. Congratulations to our colleagues - champions of theBasketball Tournament of the Baltic Sea Countries' Diplomats!
